Al Jaddaf is a building site turning into a neighbourhood. Binghatti and Azizi build about half of the projects we list, and nearly all of them start at a studio or a 1-bed. What will a 1-bed off-plan flat cost in Al Jaddaf?
In the projects we list, flats that start at one bedroom are priced from about AED 1.1 million to AED 1.9 million. Studios start at about AED 700,000. Prices were checked in November 2026. Over the past year, DLD's median 1-bed sold for about AED 1.46 million off-plan and AED 1.27 million ready. Gross yields are about 6.4% on a 1-bed and 7.3% on a studio.
How far is Al Jaddaf from Downtown and DIFC?
Burj Khalifa is about 6.2 km away and DIFC about 5 km, both in a straight line. Dubai World Trade Centre is about 4.3 km. The airport is about 5 km away, so ask about aircraft noise when you view a flat.
When will the new towers be finished?
More than half of the projects we list show a handover date that has already passed. That date may be out of date, so ask the developer where the building stands before you pay the next instalment.
