What we collect when you contact us, why, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.
Who we are
This site is run by a licensed real estate brokerage in Dubai. We are responsible for the details you send us here.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we keep:
- your name, and the phone number or email you give us;
- your message, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your budget or when you want to buy;
- the page you sent it from, and the project or area it was about;
- the time, your browser type, and a scrambled form of your internet address, so we can stop spam.
If you message or call us on WhatsApp or by phone, we see your number and what you send us there.
When you send an enquiry, ask for a call-back, or tap WhatsApp or Call, we link it to the searches and saves made on this device.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry: to send you details of projects, prices and payment plans, and to help you buy if you want to. You agree to this when you tick the box on the form.
We don't sell your details, and we don't send them to other companies for their own marketing.
Who sees it
Only our own team. When you ask about a project, we may tell its developer that we have a buyer interested, so we can reserve a unit or get you a price. We give the developer your name and contact details only if you agree first.
Our hosting and database providers store the data for us, under contract, and can't use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we are talking with you, and for up to two years after our last contact. Then we delete it, unless the law says we must keep a record of a sale for longer.
WhatsApp and Call taps and page visits that never become an enquiry are deleted after 13 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Message us on WhatsApp from the number you used. We'll reply within 30 days.
If you don't want us to contact you any more, just say so and we'll stop.
Analytics
To understand how the site is used and make it better, we use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how visitors move, scroll and click, without knowing who they are, and hides what you type and other personal details.
We turn them on only if you accept analytics cookies, where the law asks for your consent. If you reject them, the site works the same.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also record which pages you open on this site and for how long, and link them to your enquiry. If you change your mind, we delete them.
Google and Microsoft handle this data under their own privacy statements: Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
