About Binghatti
Binghatti is a private, family-owned Dubai developer. Hussain Binghatti Aljbori founded it in 2008, and in 2025 he was listed as its sole owner. His son Muhammad BinGhatti studied at the College of Architecture, Art and Design of the American University of Sharjah. He became chief executive in 2015 and chairman in 2024, and he also leads the company's architecture work. This is why most of its buildings share the same sculpted, patterned facades.
For most of its history it built mid-size apartment towers for the middle of the market, in areas such as Al Jaddaf, Jumeirah Village Circle and Business Bay. Completed examples include Binghatti Gateway in Al Jaddaf, a 14-storey tower of 182 flats handed over in 2021, and the 35-storey Binghatti Avenue nearby, handed over in early 2022, about a year ahead of its original date. By February 2025 it said it had delivered more than 11,000 homes.
Since 2022 it has also launched branded towers. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences in Business Bay, announced in 2022 with the New York jeweller, is planned as the world's tallest residential tower. Bugatti Residences by Binghatti, also in Business Bay, followed in 2023, and in January 2026 it launched Binghatti City with Mercedes-Benz.
Its holding company raised money through sukuk (Islamic bonds) listed on Nasdaq Dubai: 300 million dollars in early 2024, increased to 500 million dollars that July. Fitch rated it B+ in 2024. For 2025 the group reported revenue of 3.4 billion dollars.
They don't stick to one part of town: their projects are spread over 14 areas, with no more than 11 in any one of them.
Their most expensive project, Bugatti Residences, starts from AED 19.1M, far above the AED 888.9K at which half their projects start.

29 of the 30 were finished by the completion date DLD holds now. DLD replaces that date when a project is given more time and keeps no earlier dates, so this can't show which ones ran late.
