A district of mid-rise flats between Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, with three Red Line stations within 2 km. Ready flats here rent well, but new off-plan flats cost far more than resale ones.

Al Furjan is a place to live, not to visit. Families come for the schools, renters for the metro. Nearly every project we list is an apartment block, and Azizi builds about a quarter of them. Only Reef 999 adds villas. In the wider DLD district, dozens of registered projects have not started yet, so expect cranes for years.

Studios start at about AED 510,000. Prices were checked in November 2026. Is there a metro in Al Furjan?
Yes. Three stations on the Red Line branch towards Expo City are within 2 km of the middle of the area in a straight line: Discovery Gardens (about 1.1 km), Al Furjan (about 1.5 km) and The Gardens (about 1.8 km). Jumeirah Golf Estates station is about 2.7 km away.
How far is Al Furjan from Downtown?
About 23 km from Burj Khalifa in a straight line, so Downtown is a long drive. Work is closer: Jumeirah Lakes Towers is about 5 km away and Dubai Media City about 7.5 km. JBR beach is about 6 km away.
When will the new Al Furjan projects be finished?
About half of the projects we list show a handover date that has already passed. That date may be out of date, so ask the developer where the building stands. The rest are due from December 2026 to 2029, most of them in 2027 and 2028. The DLD register for the wider district lists many projects not yet started, so building work nearby will go on for several years.
