What will a villa cost in Jumeirah Park?
Sunrise Living Villas, the one project we list here, starts at about AED 8.93 million for five bedrooms and about 6,000 sq ft, or about AED 1,490 per sq ft. Prices were checked in November 2026 and change as units sell. In DLD sales over the year to September 2026, ready villas in Al Thanyah Fifth, the DLD area that also covers Jumeirah Islands and JLT, sold for a median of about AED 11.5 million, or AED 1,505 per sq ft.
Is there a metro in Jumeirah Park?
Not inside the community. Discovery Gardens station is 1.7 km away, Al Furjan station 1.9 km and The Gardens station 2.1 km, in a straight line, all on the Red Line branch towards Expo 2020. For most trips, you will probably want a car.
When will Sunrise Living Villas be finished?
The listed handover date, September 2025, has passed and may be out of date. Ask H&H Investments and Development where the project stands. Around it, the wider DLD area has about 20 projects under way, so expect some building work nearby.
