In the projects we list, studios start from about AED 500,000, and most start below AED 760,000. Only one project starts at one bedroom, from about AED 980,000. In DLD records for Wadi Al Safa 3, the area that includes Majan, off-plan studios sold at a median of about AED 693,000 in the year to September 2026, and ready studios at about AED 524,000. Prices were checked in November 2026.
What rent could a flat in Majan earn?
DLD and Ejari figures for Wadi Al Safa 3 give gross yields of about 8.8% for studios, 8.5% for 1-beds and 7.9% for 2-beds, before service charges. A studio rented for a median of about AED 45,000 a year. With many towers due at the same time, expect competition for tenants.
Is Majan good for families?
Check the school run first. The nearest schools we can confirm, Jumeirah English Speaking School and Kent College, are 5.4 and 6.2 km away in a straight line. The nearest hospital, Kings Hospital, is 6 km away. Several projects offer 3 beds or more, but nearly all start at a studio.
Is there a metro in Majan?
No. The nearest stations, Garmin (once Al Safa) and Equiti on the Red Line, are about 11 km away in a straight line. Most people drive, using Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
When will the Majan towers be finished?
Several projects we list are due soon, in December 2026. Most of the rest are due in 2027, and the latest in September 2028. Two listed dates have already passed, so they may be out of date: ask the developer. Expect building work around you for years, as DLD lists dozens of projects in this area that are still under way or not yet started.
