That is above the wider DLD area, Wadi Al Safa 7, where ready 3-bed villas sold at a median of AED 3.3 million and 4-bed villas at AED 4.59 million in the year to September 2026. In the year to March 2026, gross rental yields there were 5.6% for 3-bed villas and 6.2% for 4-bed.
Is there a metro in The Acres?

The project is due in December 2027. The DLD register for Wadi Al Safa 7 also shows other projects still being built and two not yet started, so expect building work nearby after you move in.
