In the projects we list, four-bedroom villas start at about AED 8.1 million in the project named The Oasis, AED 8.5 million at Palmiera and AED 9.2 million at Palmiera 2 and 3. The Palace Villas Ostra starts at about AED 13.1 million and Mareva 1 and 2 at AED 13.5 million. Mirage, with five and six bedrooms, starts at AED 15.8 million, and Lavita at AED 38 million.
