About Imtiaz Developments
Imtiaz Developments is a Dubai developer led by its chief executive, Masih Imtiaz. It says the business began as a construction company in 1993 and later moved into property development.
It builds mainly apartment buildings. Many of its towers in Jumeirah Village Circle are made up of studios and one-bedroom apartments sold fully furnished.
Its completed buildings in Jumeirah Village Circle include Westwood Grande, a 20-storey tower handed over in December 2024, two months ahead of schedule, and Westwood Grande II. In July 2025 it handed over Pearl House, a 16-storey tower with 190 apartments, four months ahead of schedule. Pearl House was its fourth completed project in the area. In March 2026 it handed over Beach Walk by Imtiaz on Dubai Islands, which it said was the first residential project there to be completed and handed over.
By 2025 it said it had more than 40 projects under way and total sales of Dh10 billion. Beyond Jumeirah Village Circle it has expanded to Dubailand Residential Complex, Dubai Islands and Meydan. In 2024 it won the Rising Star Developer of the Year award at the annual awards of the property portal Bayut.

Their record
Dubai Land Department lists 3 finished projects by Imtiaz Developments, and 17 under construction.
These counts include the project companies registered behind Imtiaz Developments, as developers in Dubai often set up one per project.
3 of the 3 were finished by the completion date DLD holds now. DLD replaces that date when a project is given more time and keeps no earlier dates, so this can't show which ones ran late.
