Golf Ridges by Sobha Realty starts from about AED 6.7 million, for 4- and 5-bed villas of 2,990 to 4,844 sq ft, about AED 2,240 per sq ft at the smallest size. Prices were checked in November 2026 and change as units sell. In the DLD area, ready villas sold at a median of AED 21 million (about AED 2,730 per sq ft) in the year to September 2026, but only 33 sold, so treat that as a rough guide.
