In the project we list, Ghaf Woods Distrikt, 1- to 3-bed flats start from about AED 1.47 million. Prices were checked in November 2026 and change as units sell. In the DLD area, Wadi Al Safa 4, off-plan 1-bed flats sold at a median of AED 1.22 million in the year to September 2026, and 2-bed at AED 2.55 million. There are no rent figures for the area yet.
