Burj Azizi is an Azizi tower on Sheikh Zayed Road with studio apartments and handover listed for December 2028. The listing gives no price, sizes or payment plan, so get these in writing before you commit.
Most of the basics are missing. The listing shows studios but gives no from price, no unit sizes and no payment schedule. It has two photos and no floor plans. Ask Azizi for the price, the floor plan and the full payment plan before you pay anything.
The 4% Land Department fee applies, so budget 4% of whatever price you agree on top of it. The listed handover is December 2028, about two years from now. Ask for the construction schedule and how progress will be reported. The listing does not state the ownership type, so confirm the ownership terms with the developer.
Azizi describes the tower as planned to rise over 700 metres, which would make it the second tallest in Dubai. The developer also plans an observation deck, restaurants, a hotel it rates at seven stars and a vertical mall. These are the developer's plans, not finished features, so ask which of them are part of the residential part you are buying and what service charges they may bring.
