Address Residences Zabeel by Emaar starts from about AED 1.8 million, with flats and penthouses of 736 to 5,275 sq ft. Both go up to four bedrooms. Prices were checked in November 2026 and change as units sell. For context, the DLD median for an off-plan 1-bed in the area was AED 2.24 million in the year to September 2026, and AED 8.8 million for ready flats.
Is there a metro in Za'abeel?
Not within easy walking distance. Max (formerly Al Jafiliya) on the Red Line is 1.8 km away in a straight line, Dubai Healthcare City on the Green Line 1.9 km and World Trade Centre on the Red Line 2.1 km. In summer, plan on a car or a taxi to the station.
Is Za'abeel good for families?
It can be. Both towers go up to four bedrooms, so there is room for a family, and Zabeel Park is close. GEMS Winchester School (UK) is 1.7 km away, The Indian High School 2.2 km and Swiss International Scientific School (IB) 3.0 km. Latifa Hospital and Al Jalila Children's Hospital are about 1.2 to 1.3 km away. You will drive for most errands.
Is it handy for work?
For the city's central business districts, yes. Dubai World Trade Centre is 1.8 km away, DIFC 2.7 km and Downtown Dubai 4.3 km, all in a straight line. Dubai Healthcare City, with its hospitals and clinics, is close by too.
When will the towers be finished?
Park Views Residences Tower A is due soon, in December 2026, so ask the developer whether that date still holds. Address Residences Zabeel is due in September 2029. The DLD register for this area lists only a couple of projects, so you are unlikely to live among many building sites.
