What will a flat cost in Dubai Internet City?
In the projects we list, Magnolia has studios and 1-beds of 303 to 490 sq ft from about AED 1.25 million. Iconic Tower by Mered starts at about AED 2.57 million, with 1 to 3 beds from 858 sq ft up to units of nearly 18,000 sq ft. Prices were checked in November 2026 and change as units sell. DLD records for the wider DLD area show off-plan 1-beds sold at a median of about AED 3.44 million and 2-beds about AED 5.0 million in the year to September 2026. Ready 1-beds sold at about AED 2.34 million.
Is Dubai Internet City good for families?
It depends on the flat. Magnolia's units are 490 sq ft at most, so they suit one person or a couple. Iconic Tower by Mered goes up to three bedrooms. Choueifat School is 1.4 km away, and Dubai College (UK) and Regent International School (UK) 1.5 km each, in a straight line. Welcare Hospital is 0.5 km away.
When will the new towers be finished?
Iconic Tower by Mered is due in September 2027 and Magnolia in September 2028. The DLD register shows other projects still being built in the wider DLD area, so expect building work nearby for a few years.
How far is Dubai Internet City from Downtown and the airport?
Burj Khalifa is 15.8 km away in a straight line and Dubai Marina 3.0 km. DXB airport is 26.7 km away and Al Maktoum International (DWC) 22.4 km.
