About Reportage Properties
Reportage Properties is a developer based in Abu Dhabi that builds in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It was set up in 2014. Its chairman, Aref Al Khoori, also chaired Sama Emirates Holding Group in 2016. It mostly builds apartment buildings and townhouses.
Its first project was Leonardo Residences in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, a building with 177 apartments. Work started in April 2016 and handovers began in 2019. It went on to complete Oasis Residence 1 and 2 in Masdar City and Al Raha Lofts on Al Raha Beach. Oasis Residence 1, with 612 apartments, was due in early 2021 and was handed over in 2023.
In Dubai its main area is Dubailand. There it completed the first phase of Rukan Lofts and Rukan Tower, three linked towers with about 608 apartments in Wadi Al Safa, handed over in 2024.
It has also expanded outside the UAE. In 2021 it launched its first project abroad, Monte Napoleone in New Cairo, Egypt, with the Egyptian developer Al Ahly Sabbour. By 2024 it also had projects in Turkey and Morocco. Its sales in 2023 were about Dh3.7 billion.
Where they build
Dubai Investment Park (DIP) and Dubailand have the most of their projects, and 2 other areas have the rest.
Booking is cheap with them: 9 of 10 plans ask for 10% or less up front.
Their plans leave most of the bill for the end. In 7 of 10, half the price or more is due on handover, so less of your money sits in a building that isn't finished.
You pay more for new homes from them than for similar homes already sold: 2 of the 3 projects we checked start above the usual price per square foot in Dubai Land Department sales, typically by about 18%.
Their record
Dubai Land Department lists one finished project by Reportage Properties, and 7 under construction.
