About Prestige One
Prestige One Developments is a Dubai developer that started building homes in 2023. It belongs to Prestige Holding Group, which works in construction, oil and gas and hospitality and entered Dubai property in 2007. Its founder and chief executive is Ajmal Saifi, and its office is in Dubai Marina.
It builds mid- to upper-priced apartments and some villas on Palm Jumeirah. Its first two projects, Vista in Dubai Sports City and The Residence in Jumeirah Village Circle, were handed over in April 2026, about a year after the date first announced. It is also building Hilton Residences, a Hilton-branded tower in Dubai Maritime City.
