About Leos Development

LEOS Developments is a property developer founded by Rui Liu. It started in the UK in 2012 and has offices in London and in Business Bay, Dubai, where it began selling homes in 2023.

It builds mostly mid-priced apartments in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubailand and Dubai Sports City, including the Weybridge Gardens buildings, and larger homes and villas at Knightsbridge in Meydan. The company says its first Dubai project, Hadley Heights in Jumeirah Village Circle, has been handed over.
