About Avenew Development
AVENEW Development is a Dubai developer founded in 2024. Rasha Hassan is a co-founder and its managing partner.
It builds mid- to upper-priced apartments and duplexes at AVENEW 888 in Dubai South, and beachfront homes on Dubai Islands, including Cheval Residences, run by the UK serviced-apartment brand Cheval Collection, and a St. Regis-branded building. It is also planning an office and retail district in Motor City with Kora Properties. None of its projects is finished yet, so it has no delivery record. It is a different company from AveNew Real Estate, a Dubai brokerage with a similar name.
