All three projects we list start at one bedroom, from about AED 853,000 to AED 900,000. Confident Preston goes up to 4-bed flats and duplexes of up to 2,768 sq ft. Prices were checked in November 2026 and change as units sell. In the wider DLD area, a ready 1-bed sold for a median of about AED 620,000 in the year to September 2026, and an off-plan 1-bed for about AED 1.2 million. Gross yields were about 9.2% on a 1-bed and 6.0% on a 2-bed in the year to March 2026.
Is there a metro in Liwan?
No. The nearest station is Creek on the Green Line, 13.0 km away in a straight line. On the Red Line, Centrepoint (formerly Rashidiya) is 14.1 km away. You will need a car.
