How do you get to The World Islands?
Usually by boat. There are no roads or bridges to the islands. Before you buy, ask the developer how residents and guests will cross, from where, how often and at what cost.
What will a villa cost on Amali Island?
Amali Island, by Amali Properties, starts at about AED 44.75 million for villas of five to seven bedrooms, 12,690 to 22,470 sq ft. Prices were checked in November 2026 and change as units sell. DLD sales on The World are mostly studios, so they tell you little about villa prices.
Is it practical for a family with children?
